A New Fairway Grill Room is Coming!
Change is coming to Deep Water Bay, with the upcoming refurbishment of the Fairway Grill Room in order to give it a fresh new look.
With a design concept created by noted interior design firm Hands Hospitality Limited, the Grill Room will be transformed into a modern and stylish space, one that will provide elegant dining thanks to a new range of dishes that are being introduced.
These exciting new additions to the menu include classic favourites such as oysters, foie gras, a variety of signature grilled meats like Kobe beef, Boston lobster, organic lamb and pork and some classic desserts such as baked Alaska.
Furthermore, the Grill Room will be the ideal venue for wine dinners and tasting events, and it can also be hired for private functions.
To make this all happen, we’ll be closing the Grill Room from Monday 25 May. The work is scheduled to be completed in the second week of July.
During its closure, the following will apply:
- Breakfast will be served from 7:00am in the Captain’s Bar, Children’s Verandah and on The Terrace.
- The Bistro will open at 11:30am – 3pm (last order 2:30pm) & 6:30pm – 10:00pm (last order 9:30pm)
- Reservations are recommended for the Bistro – please call 2812-4620. The Captain’s Bar, The Terrace and Children’s Verandah remain on a “first come, first serve” policy.
